The varsity football team traveled to Gonzales this past Friday. At the beginning of the game the Eagles came out soaring over Gonzales. The offense managed to put two touchdowns on the board before half. Nathan Bosquez led the offense with 4 receptions and 101 yards. Nathaniel Acevedo had a rushing touchdown and Garrett Lopez had a touchdown reception. The defense played well holding the Gonzales offense to a first half shutout. The defense was led by Louis Arguijo, Jose DeLaCruz, and J.J. Morales. The Eagles will face off against the Boerne Greyhounds this coming week.
